Call Log Information You Provide To Us We collect call log information for the purpose of determining the call pupose as what the user has entered in the app after the call, it is also required to collect call log information of the user in working hours when he/she has marked the attendance for the day. However we need call log permission to be granted by the user in app, it is still the administrator who can disable the call information from admin panel if they dont want this feature to be enabled for a particular user. Call information collected is not shared with any third party, only official call details are stored in remotworx system and visible to the owner of the account. Call information along with other sensitive information is stored in secured cloud infrastructure and no one has access to it.
